Getting Started

When you join us, we will help you with everything you need to get driving. 

You will need a current driving license and to pass an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Sign Up

School transport drivers working for Radar Taxis cover both North Tyneside and Newcastle during school term times, this includes 39 Weeks per year, morning and evening school runs. 

We provide fully licensed and insured vehicles.

Must have held a Full U.K. license for 1 year. Applicants must be 25 + for insurance purposes. All associated costs and fees are paid for by Radar Taxis for unemployed candidates.

Passenger Transport Assistants provide support for our passengers. For example on school runs. We are always looking for new Passenger Support Assistants and have part time and full time vacancies available for term time.

Applicants are required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check, which Radar Taxis will provide and pay for for unemployed candidates. T&C's, E&OE apply. 

We provide all the necessary paperwork to apply and track your application to completion.
